Too busy to get out? We'll do it for you:
- Grocery Shopping/Gift Shopping
- Prescription pick-up/drop-off
- Post Office Runs, Banking, Dry cleaning drop off and pick up
- Food and Entertainment Delivery (movie rentals, library books, etc.)
Rates
$20 per hour (minimum)
$5 per each additional 15 minutes of service (per 1/4 hr)
$10 fee applied for after hour or rushed service
A rate of $0.40 per km will be charged for services requiring more than 30km round trip from the office (Ajax)
Packages
3 hours for $55
5 hours for $90
Terms
- Payment is required in the form of cash or cheque upon completion of services.
- A fee of $25 will be applied to returned (NSF) cheques.
- A surcharge will be applied for after hours, rushed or holiday service at a rate of $20
- For services that require purchases (grocery shopping, bill payment etc) payment (monies required to make purchases) must be provided to The Errand Lady prior to making purchases. The Errand Lady will not pay for any requested purchases.
We require 48 hour notice to arrange service, but we will try really hard to help you with urgent request. Weekend services are upon availability.
- We will serve your request as long as it is Legal, Ethical and Reasonable.
The Errand Lady holds the right to refuse any business if it determined dangerous,illegal or unethical. - We hope you will be pleased with the service we provide you. If it’s necessary to cancel a scheduled service, we will refund the full cost of the errand provided 24 hour notice is given. If a 24 hour notice is not given a $35 fee will be charged.
- We will provide services only with a signed Service Agreement. All services will be performed by The Errand Lady as efficiently and safely as possible.
